Founded in 2010 by Kelli Holtz, ASID, the studio has spent over a decade turning houses into homes that move with the rhythm of the people who live in them — from mountain retreats in Vail, Colorado, to family homes in Traverse City, Michigan, and beyond.

From Vision to Finished Space

From first sketch to final styling, we manage the entire design pipeline — spatial planning, custom architectural details, material selection, furniture and lighting, on-site installation — so you're never left translating blueprints or chasing down contractors. You simply come home to a space that feels effortless, durable, and entirely your own. Every project is led by Kelli Holtz, ASID, whose collaborative, detail-first approach has guided the studio for over fifteen years.
